Questions we get before anyone signs anything
Straight answers about what an AI phone agent does, what it does not do, and what happens next.
Does it sound like a robot?
Less than you would expect, and not never. The tell usually is not the voice, it is what happens when a caller says something unexpected. We build a free sample on your own script so you can hear it handle your kind of call before anything goes live.
What happens when it cannot answer something?
It says so and hands off, rather than guessing. An agent that invents an answer is worse than one that takes a message. You decide what happens at that point: take details, transfer to a person, or book a callback.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. The agent sits on the line you already have. You choose when it picks up, whether that is every call, only after hours, or only when nobody answers within a few rings.
How long before it is live?
Usually about two weeks from the first conversation to a working agent, depending on how much it needs to plug into. The free sample comes well before that.
What if a caller just wants a person?
Then they should get one. The agent recognises that and routes the call instead of keeping someone in a loop. If it cannot reach anyone, it takes the details and texts them to you.
Which businesses is this actually for?
Small businesses where the phone is a real sales channel and someone is too busy to answer it: home services, restaurants, salons and spas, auto repair, car rental, and real estate. If your callers mostly email instead, this is probably not your bottleneck.
What does it cost?
It depends on your call volume and what the agent needs to connect to, so we quote it on a short call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. The sample build before that is free.
